Jailhouse Shock
A Bush nightmare in... The Twilight Zone
(Sung to the tune of "Jailhouse Rock" by Elvis Presley)
Guest song parody by Darrell Decker

(instrumental intro)

They impeached Dubya and threw him in jail.
The Shrub looked around, and then began to wail:
"I ain't taking credit for the whole damn thing!"
You should have heard that dimwit jailbird sing:
"What crock!  Now they put me in the hock.
I got enemies in this cell block.
They'll be giving me the jailhouse shock."

Dick Cheney said, "George, keep your big mouth shut.
Or I'll get Rummy here to kick your butt!"
So Bush said, "Bring him on now, Uncle Dick.
I'll take my chances with that old prick.
What crock!  Now they put me in the hock.
I got enemies in this cell block,
They'll be giving me the jailhouse shock."

Number 47 said, "Hey, Dubya Bush,
You sure got a nice firm rounded tush."
Bush said, "I got AIDS, and you better back off!"
Set down on his bunk and pretended to cough.
Said, "What crock!  Now they put me in the hock.
I got enemies in this cell block.
They'll be giving me the jailhouse shock."

(instrumental break)

Shrub was sitting there, wishin' he was stoned.
His gang was all in jail, and he's been dethroned.
He said, "Johnny Cochran is the man I need!
Would somebody please tell me how to plead?
What crock!  Now they put me in the hock.
I got enemies in this cell block,
They'll be giving me the jailhouse shock."

Cheney said, "Dubya, for heaven's sake!
You gotta buck up, it's no time to flake!"
Bush said, "Cheney, look, I know that you're sick.
You're going down with me now, Uncle Dick.
What crock!  Now they put me in the hock.
I got enemies in this cell block.
They'll be giving me the jailhouse shock.
They'll be giving me the jailhouse shock.
They'll be giving me the jailhouse shock.
They'll be giving me the jailhouse shock."

(repeat last line and fade)
